2 Applications in Parallel..?

Dear friends,

I applied as Federal skilled worker back in 2010 , The application has not moved anywhere E-CAS shows received by Visa Office (Still not in Process Stage).
considering the long wait time. I am planning to file for Canadian Experience Class

My question: Do I need to notify CIC that I have an application filed already?
Do need to state I will withdraw my FSW application?

What action required from my end, kindly suggest

I have also applied under CEC and then PNP class. You donot have to inform anyone about anything unless it is one of the questions in the forms that you will fill. You can leagally apply under two categories of economic class at same time. At the time of getting the PR, you will except the one which gets approved first and at that time you will have to withdraw the other one. You can apply under 2 categories simultaniously .
