2 and half months ,, is it normal ?

I have been checking my Ecas aand still in process the last 2 and half months ,, knowing that they canceled an appointment to issue my pro 2 weeks ago and they told me they will contact me as soon as they finalize my file ,, my visa office is RABAT - MOROCCO ,, anyone who applied there can tell me their time processsing ... the waiting game isnt fun at all

Your processing time is fast compared to most people who go through Rabat. I'd just wait a bit more.
