Cut off was 733 and the draw targeted PNP. So PNP applicants with scores 733 or above would have been invited.

What's your score? Do you have a PNP nomination?

My score right now is 385 and my employer is giving me LMIA. Then will upgrade my score for IELTS. I have 1 year work experience so far on my work permit. What about you? I can not apply for PNP because your immediate family can not be your employer.

I'm already Canadian.

Even with the 50 job offer points you'll get through an LMIA, your score will still be too low to be selected through Express Entry / FSW. You need to look for other ways to increase your score.
