I can't call because i am in china, i also tried to order GMCS notes, and i am required to pay, but my card can't make international payments, and my agents do not want to help me. i do not even know my visa office to send a mail .. i'ts really annoying all this

Ask your sponsor to do the inquiry from within Canada. It is much easier.

My BG check was completed Apr 27 on the PR tracker but on GC key it's still in progress..then i received a PFL on May 5th for eligibility.

I just spoke to IRCC rep and she said my medicals is passed, eligibility is passed bit Background check has not started yet.

So that means, the April 19th tracker update doesn't mean anything at all.

Does anybody know NDVO contact number?

Hi everyone, i just checked the PR tracker and my eligibility was finally completed..I felt sad at first because I didn't received any email or pre-arrival services, I was pretty sure then that our application was refused..i logged on to the gc key and no changes, i decided to click the documents tab of the pr tracker and I was surprised to find COPR details..i logged on to ecas and it said decision made but still no update details..received an email abt a message sent to gc key, the message was about the pre arrival services letter.
