What the hell ! why dont they fix up only those above 450 need to submit EE profile, atleast for 2015 they should mention this...Lots of heart broken
The only good news could be that, It has no increased to 459 or 471 like it used to...All chances for the scores going down in near future...but seems difficult for 2015.

So keep your hopes up........stay positive. We'd get our ITAs in the upcoming months (i.e. if there'd be 25 draws for 2015, if the average ITAs to be issued stays at approx. 1400+ and if you've got a score of approximately 430 and above)
It really is sad, but think of it this way.
They want the best candidates, as long as there are enough people with 450 points or more for each draw, they don't have to go below 450.
Only when most candidates that remain are below 450, then they can start going below it.
However, everyone is trying to improve their scores and more people joining the pool. So we have 2 options
1. Increase our scores
2. Sit tight and wait!

YES Hopes are the best Assets !.....It is very much possible, if after completion of 1 Yr of EE they don't change any rules or revise.

Did you guys notice that 2 weeks passed since the last draw....the amount of ITAs issued was at 1500+ with a score that did not increase. That would suggest to me that less people are entering the pool at this time.
If less people are entering the pool and CIC has the maximum amount of draws (i.e. 25 draws) this year then there would be more than 2 draws within the upcoming months. Additionally, if CIC continues to issue an average of 1500 ITAs per draw then the score would get lower the closer the dates are between draws. This is because less amount of persons would be added to the pool in the shortened time frames between draws.

You should not have declined it but waited till you got 2 yrs before you apply. If you look at the Ministerial Instructions when assessing a complete application you'll see that CIC calculates the score either on the day you receive your ITA or when a complete application is received ie when you submit your application.
