why are you declining just wait untill sep 28th to submit

Cic recalculate the points on the day you received the ITA and not the day you submit.

The EE profile is just a reference. The actual submission of facts is the ITA application. I would suggeat you to wait till 28th sep and then fill the correct details in the form for ITA. they may not compare it with EE profile.

Just take a chance.

I concur with manidhatt that the score should be valid as on the date of the ITA. The system might calculate erroneously because it calculates on the basis of month and not the actual date but the onus is on the applicant to validate their score and to provide conclusive proof post ITA that they deserved the ITA as on the date they received it.

Having said that, it is up to the OP to accept or decline the invite.
