A maximum number of invitations and minimum CRS is specified in the ministerial instruction; for the 16th draw, it is 1,517 and 459 respectively. So a total of 1,517 top-ranking profiles with CRS above 459 will be selected by the system within the 24 hours draw period.

Out of curiosity, how does ITA get selected?
If it says min score was 450 does that mean ALL profiles with profile higher than 450 got ITA? do they simply sort by score and chop off the top? Or is there still some random element to it?
Woke to you this news and I am thrilled. WES had screwed my credentials by not considering my Master's. I had to reapply and after 2 months of wait, I got my credentials as Master's and a score of 469
Now the work starts on Medical, police verification and letter of recommendations
