Bhaiya. I've also successfully submitted the application (despite being in 12000 position) but haven't paid fees yet. My question is, will my application even be processed after paying fees if in the mean time 5000 applications with cleared fees are in place?

U have to pay the fees, otherwise your file wouldn't be processed. U have submitted the application file though ur position is 12000 that means u r within 5000.
