I have a CRS score of 496 and have been in the pool since July 5. Given the Tie-breaking rule date was August 1st for draw dated August 15th with a cut-off of 496, I should have received ITA by now.
I am already in Canada on a work permit so I was able to contact IRCC agents over a phone call and they informed me that they have been receiving many complaints with the same issue. I have already raised a web form a week back and I am posting this here just to get in touch with more people facing similar issues.
