    Received OINP NOI via express entry (FSW--> HCP in OINP PNP), but there was no draw on OINP HCP on August 15th

    I have been in the pool with a score of 496 since July 5, I should have received an ITA on August 15th but haven't received anything so far. The IRCC agents informed me that a lot of people have the same complaint so I think they will soon update profiles and rectify mistakes.

    15th August Express Entry Draw - ITA Issue

    I have a CRS score of 496 and have been in the pool since July 5. Given the Tie-breaking rule date was August 1st for draw dated August 15th with a cut-off of 496, I should have received ITA by now. I am already in Canada on a work permit so I was able to contact IRCC agents over a phone call...
