15 Points less after Nomination

Hello,
I had received OINP nomination today and with that 600 points were added as well. My points before Nomination was 414 so after nomination it should 1014, but instead its 999. I counted all the points posted on my profile and it tallies to 1014, but the total score says 999. Anyone know why there's 15 points less? Any info will be much appreciated.

Check for your spouse points or other such factors. If her ielts expires, points get deducted when they send ITA

when you get the email of the nomination did your profile updated the samee day? I got nomination but the profile doesnt reflect the points. Thank you
