Hi guys. I've just created my EE profile, however I didn't get my 15 points for my one year of college diploma. I answered no to the question that says if half of my course was in English or French. What should I do? THanks for your help

There's one more question something like "Did xxxx study in Canada based on an award that required them to go back to their home country to apply their knowledge and skills? This includes some awards from Global Affairs Canada"

Make sure you select "No" if it applies for you.

There was a section where was titled as additional points, I got 15 points for siblings in Canada but for education there was only one part saying more than 2 years of studying in Canada and I couldn't find one year of college

Yeah the education points should appear in Additional points section. Did you enter the DLI number of your institution?

It appears after "Was this degree or diploma...."

"What is the Designated Learning Institution (DLI) number of the school? (If you don't know it, you can find it on our site.)
You have to find your institution DLI number and enter it in that field.

Looks like you missed one or more fields
Thanks I added my DLI number and I updated my application. However, it didn't change my score.

Hi would u please me help with an emergency issue?
I got my invitation to PR however one of the documents that they asked me to prepare is my daughter's medical documents.
I got divorced many years ago and my ex-wife has custody of the daughter and I can't find them anymore and they don't want to come to Canada. Literally I don't have any kind of access to them. What can I do now?
