15 Months passed and no news about my CEC PR yet

Well ... probably what's delaying your application is verification of your job duties to your chosen NOC code's duties. I don't think they would take this long to inform you if your application was rejected, so try and stay positive.
I suppose as long as you don't hear something negative from them, you can try not to worry a lot. At least no news is better than bad news. It allows you to stay and work in the country
Just hang in there and I hope you hear something soon.

Yes the gcms notes said so for January but I spoke to a lawyer friend who said that was the first eye check and the second vo would have already reviewed it long back and rejected it...but there's no news so far

hi winterfox I m also I same boat mine application also passed 15 months .But in gcms notes my work experience benchmarks passed and language benchmarks passed.and total recommend passed .but file under review. I talked to lawyer they told me their is no negative sign in file till now ...but i still waiting .

I added my spouse to my application later. CIC requested additonal docs about my marriage on Apr 9 . Since I updated and mailed them, no update, still waiting for Medical.......

I am afraid that I might have to wait over 13 months.... too worried and bad thoughs came sometimes...

Don't worried this friend, be patient and you will get it !

dude bug them. i wrote them and called them non stop. this isn't pestering the agents, this is requesting info as your timeline has exceeded the processing time by 2 months now....hope you get some news man

hi winterfox I m signal applicant. I m also so much worried about .my file still under review and cic mentions not time frame for those file under review and they not need any document from for now .so only I can do just wait .

I am a feb 13 applicant as well, it feels like our processes were delayed!
Last week i got the passport request finally. In May i got two email requests that were sent in error, so i was worried my file was missing or something.. They even asked for an employed letter from a place i never worked at.... Hopefully the rest of my process go smoothly. I hope you hear from them soon!!! Good luck

It's likely a security delay - no big deal (easy to say I know). If you have a *common name* then it may have raised flags and further checks may be required. They only received your FBI check at the start of May so things are moving - you just need to hang in there. Good news will come eventually !
