13 draw has really given hopes for the people who are below 450 and are deserving candidates with PGWP. I know there will be people who would say it's not possible or would just say a "big no" but there is a fair chance for cec candidates this 14 th draw. I have been watching the forum very closely and I see lot of dum people making profiles even they are not eligible and think they will be given opportunities in here . But no offense u can't fix a stupid. I have seen Lots of misrepresentation which they even don't realized is a mistake until their application is rejected making room for people who need to get pr to retain their high paying jobs in canada . Also lmio's and pnp takes time and are not issued on a daily basis . Good luck .

Two weeks have passed since the last draw. Even if the draw happens tomorrow, I don't see score dropping below 450.
Scores will come down... may be not in the next draw but surely towards the end of 2015.
the problem is that express entry is a continuous process that will be ongoing even in 2016. So, people below 450 will surely get consideration sometime towards the end of 2015 or early 2016. Super profiles cannot keep coming throughout 2015 & 2016.
If all goes as expected there might be a chance that the cut-off might fall below 400 as well

Many people are applying for LMIA and also PNP's. And you know right each year 270,000 international students enroll in various universities and colleges in Canada out of which 50000+ are Indians? And their scores will be higher than 430 any time.
So i do not think scores will come below 448 in the days to come.
