No I didn't . But the the points i got I didn't earned those points . I started working aug mid and finished mid nov 2013 . So express entry system calculated that experience as full 4 month but in fact It's 2.5 moths . . I was lost and thought it wil be misrepresentation when the officer will access my file because I haven't completed my 2 years of work yet. U have got any experience with this situation or u know who gone through this situation? I think cic call Centre are just a bunch of agents who have very few clue what they talk about and very hard to trust their words. Any suggestion is apreciated.

Three are three different views on this topic.

1. You can not accept the invitation if you have not completed years of experience going by calendar days

2. You can accept the invitation but submit the app only after you complete years of experience by calendar days

3. Accept the invitation and submit the app right away.

CIC has not published any clear answer on this per my knowledge. Personally, I go with view three. Also, I strongly fee that if you have not lied on your profile (means have put the months correctly) you can not be charged for misrepresentation.

Now it's your call. I would definitely suggest to call CIC and take their view. Ask them to send an email confirmation of what they are saying.

This has become purely frustrating...its like 387 just don't stand a chance..y don't they say as if u r not eligible if u don't have more than 450...if the draws keep coming with higher scores the dream of being in Canada & the hard work that I'm putting in will go down the drain without any result..

you must be devastated

Not too much. Been having problems with my profile (job bank requirement not getting updated) so I am kind of relieved my points were not enough this time. I think I would've been crushed if I had enough points but wasn't invited because of a technical glitch.

nice. If new draw happens in 2 weeks with around 1500 invitations, you have good chances ..

Thanks, I'm really hoping for that, otherwise I lose 5 points on my birthday in early September. Never hated getting old more than I do now :)

Hi I have a question...
I am sitting with 463 now.
I have one year experience from my home country for which I have job letter and salary certificate but don't have income tax returned file so can I consider that experience for express entry?

Tax forms pertaining to foreign work experience aren't mandatory or required by CIC at any point in the process. You can consider this as full-time work experience if it was acquired within last 10 years, involved working at least 30 hours/week and was a NOC 0/A/B job.

The points only went up by 20 after 3 weeks. This is good news.

Wohoo! Received ITA sitting at 475 points!

Good luck to all, and for those waiting, just be patient, ur turn will come!

Can anyone help me with my confusion, Please ?
I have more than three years of work experience, got WES Report for both me and my wife & I got more than 6 bands in each in IELTS.
I am married.
Is it possible to make profile in pool without my wife's IELTS score ?
I mean, is it compulsory to have more than 5 bands, over all in IELTS, for wife, as a NOT main applicant. ?

Please help me to find out this confusion.

You don't need to include your wife's score. She does not need minimum score on IELTS

Scored increased to 447 ... why cant score drop below 450 :(

Sit tight.. if CIC continues the draws every two weeks with 1500 invitations, you will get ITA. Unless the number of new profiles increases significantly, which didn't happen from last draw/.

how can there be a 14th draw when the last draw i see was conducted on 17th july with a score of 451.
