14 hours layover at London Heathrow Airport. Do I need transit visa?

Hi, I am planning to book Jet Airways flight which has 14 hours layover at London Heathrow Airport. The flight will leave the new Delhi airport at 01:15 pm in the afternoon and will reach 6:45pm in the evening. The flight will leave the London airport after 14 hours of layover at 8:15 am in the next day morning. Do I need a transit visa for London airport?
