Hello guys,
Me and my wife received our CoPRs in February and so we are authorised to travel to Canada right now. Our initial landing is in Toronto, where we intend to complete the landing procedure next month and then move to Vancouver on the same day. Are we authorised to do that or are we supposed to self-quarantine in Toronto itself?
TIA

You would self-quarantine in Vancouver.

Believe the important thing is to ensure that your transit connection is exactly that a transit airside otherwise you may have problems if involves exiting the airside area. Emphasis is may have problems given the guidance is pretty vague in saying transit passengers should stay in the airport but that only makes sense if staying airside.
