Hi

Its been 135 days since my second AOR and its been over 10 months since my application was received by CIO.
How can they say that they are going to process case's in 6 to 12 months, because for me its been 10 months still the status is received by visa office.

dn't worry buddy. there are many in the same boat. I received second AOR 130 days i.e on 9th April, and CIO received my application in November. Still status is recvd by visa office :)

Hi Farhan

Then what about 6 months to 12 months immigration time.

6-8 months is for majority of the cases i.e. upto 80% cases. There are no guarantee of time to any one. I have seen people who have been waiting for more than 18 months

btw wat is ur NOC? CHC New Delhi is fastest in the world though. people have got visa in 4 months time for CHC New Delhi

I dont think so about CHC new delhi.
there are many people who submitted in april and still they are waiting for their response.

my noc 3143

First 4 months is the minimum after 2nd AOR so dont worry

second CHC N delhi is the fastest

third If You are not in the new Noc list you are not a priority,If your are in demand you will get medical call in 2 months at lease in Delhi.

The timeline given for Delhi Office is from the date you receive the 2nd AOR, not the date of receipt at CIO.
The 10 months is VISA OFFICE processing times, not total processing time.
If someone submits complete documentation in 1 week of receipt of 1st AOR & somebody submits at the end of 120 days, how can you say the Visa Office is supposed to treat both cases in the same timeline.

Anyway the times for various Visa Offices is from the time you submit complete documentation.
So Steve count your 10 months from 14-04-2010.

For N Delhi VO Officially the time is 9 months and they take 10 months to finalize

One thing more 9 months are from CIC To VISA not VO Time at lease in New delhi

Thanks

No it is not. Take any Visa Office, the time given is for the Visa Office processing time.
CIO processing time is not included in this.

Check this for Delhi Office:

http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/india-inde/visas/skilled_workers-travailleurs_qualifies.aspx?lang=eng

Check this for all Visa Offices:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/international/02b-skilled-fed.asp

It clearly says 'Processing Times at Individual Visa Offices in Asia and Pacific'.

Well as per my understanding the processing time from 6 to 12 months starts from the date when 2nd AOR is issued. And that is the reason the average processing time is mentioned in 2nd aor from Visa Offices.

@ samia

Once you have submitted the docs at CHC you will an AOR thats what is called 2nd AOR
At N delhi you will have to wait for medical for min of 90 days from the date of second AOR.

after the medical are done you will have to wait for passport Request which will take 30 to 40 days and and 15 days you get the Visa

@ eemmoo1

the time of nine ten or eleven months is from CIC to Visa not after second AOR.

Thanks

Hey destinational

Have look at april thread for Nd.
Almost everybody in that thread have crossed 100 days. Yes it is written seconc Aor that we can contact chc iv we will not hear anything from chc. But for april ad may applicants its not true dude.
We are just waitin n waitin.........

I donot agree with destination bc on the 3rd point
See the noc earlier was of 38 occupation and current noc is of 29 occp. also if approval from cio is received then I dont think the visa officer considers that point. There are clear rulings before 26 june and after that.
Also on this forum many people from noc 0213 and 4131 have received the medical requests . The rejection depends solely upon the documents submitted and their authenticity. Thats it.
Pl. dont let down the applicants morale as they all r waiting for the visa.
Do provide proof for the same if u claim such rumours.
