13 months over, no response from LVO

I’ve applied for my husband in July 10,2019
Only received AOR in feb 2020.
medical & biometric has been done already. In fact medical will expire in oct. processing time has been completed over a month ago still no response from LVO
I’ve also submitted my daughter’s canadian birth certificate. She born on 20May 2020. Our first child
And the situation is really difficult now but they are not giving response.

LVO stands for London Visa Office
My husband’s file has been transferred to LVO on Feb 2020. Afterwards we did not hear anything from them!
in fact the processing time has been exceeded now but still not getting any response from them.
so is there anyone who’s facing the same issue regarding the response from LVO?

You can order GCMS notes to see detail of your application.

yes you are right
 
The 1 year timeframe is just a goal and only applies for normal times. Agree order GCMS notes but it is not uncommon to go over 1 year even without covid.

Our file was transferred in March. I finally received our AOR2 July 28th. LVO just opened back up on July 14th and people are now receiving communication from them. Be patient, covid definitely set us all back.
