Can my case be added on the spreadsheet, I applied under NOC 1122, my application was received by CIC on the 2nd of August 2011. The visa office selected is Beirut, Lebanon.

Guys,
Good news . First PER for 4th July (1122) has been issued.

Congrats! Since my application was received on 25th JUly, I know I am out. My plan B is to go the Quebec route since I have both IELTS & TEF. Just waiting to receive back my file then apply for Selection Certificate. I missed last year, I cannot continue to wait, for this Quota Immigration Model next year.

Is it possible to work in other provinces in Canada after getting a permanent stay in Quebec? Please I need answer

When was your application received the 4th of July or the 8th of July (as in your data) ????

Hi All,
Though I have been reading this blog from the time I have sent my application, however this is my first posting.
From all the discussion on this and other threads, I can assume for myself that we have been quite late this time and so should not hope anymore for positive outcome. But I am satisfied at the same time, if the news of capping on 8th July is true, as I could not have made it to 8th July even if I was super quick. The reason is that I did not understand the graveness of the situation and was thinking in June to wait till July to see if some new instructions come and then I will apply, so by that assumption even if I was very quick my application would have missed 8th July deadline. I would have been a sorrow face if the capping date was around 4th Aug 2011, because in that case I might have thought that may I had applied 2, 3 or a week in advance.

Anyways, just for the information of those interested by any means, my details are as under:

Application Sent: 30th July 2011
Application Received: 4th August 2011
Mode of Payment: CC
Visa Office: London
Received by: M.KRSZWDA
NOC: 1122

My application was received on the 6th July under NOC 1122 but by credit card has not been charged as yet. I can assume that my application would have made the cut off however, I am a bit anxious as to why my cc has not been charged.

I am from Sydney, Australia and sent my application on the 1st July.

Is there anyone else from Sydney?

What should i do?

No not me ,they are Fazeme, crazyberns ( both 4th July) & asyed (5th July) who got PER. It's not my turn yet.

i assume
they have included in the cap only those people whose cc/dd has charged .
they included me last day when cap updated. the same time my cc got charged.
i may be the 69th person under my noc eventhough my application reached there on 14th july.

i dont want spread nagative on the thread but an informative thought.

you should receive PER email anytime as asyed has the same filing date as you & he received his PER already.
If you used representative he will receive email on your behalf.

Sango- I'm not sure but I think there would be a certain time period for which the applicant has to live in Quebec before he can work in other provinces. Please check http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/index.html. for accurate information. Also, I filed on 8th July so there still time for any PER update from my side.
