No I don't think it's like that, before it gets to the VO, What I understood it that we will get a communication by CIC stating if ge got a Positive or Negative Eligibility Review. Then probably the VO will manually send us an AOR but before we get the PER/NER from CIC including our client number to check in the online system.
That's how I understood...

I guess you are right.

The AORs which were sent manually are now being automatically generated & sent by email.

What I don't understand is even post 26th June 2010 applicants received AOR(PER) by email, so in what ways things have changed for us ?

It's the same as before. Nothing new.

Can I contact them after 6 weeks even though I have a representative. Can I do it directly. What reference should I give them in the mail.

Hi Coolcanada,

Yes you can request them for case information after 6 weeks even if you have representative.
Provide them your personal details , passport number, application filed date & date of birth, attach the courier delivery report.

check this...

How to Contact the Centralized Intake Office

If you are a Skilled Worker applicant and you have a request for case information you may contact the Client Service Unit of the Central Intake Office. If you applied within the last six weeks, the CSU will not respond to your enquiry.

You will not receive a reply to your email if:

you have not already applied as a federal skilled worker
you are not authorized to receive personal information
you applied within the last six weeks
your enquiry concerns any other topic.
Please do not send the same enquiry more than once. You can reach the CSU at

NOC - 1122 - 269 on 2nd Aug. Good or bad, no idea. Please comment.

Only pointer for any possible speculation is the BD en-cashment.. Even that is appearing very skewed.. see for the 5th July application it happened on 22nd ... cap of 500 is too minuscule a number for the total count of eligible people around the world... so it's just a lottery...
Last year the final update of closure of the NOC took place on the 5th of Nov and they had accepted application until the 27th october.. a gap of 7 days where they received and returned apps .. this year that gap is gonna be more than a month..
