Hi Guys,

Got all my documents today finally. They were posted back to me on Sept 22 saying the cap of NOC 1122 has been reached. Its taken almost 3.5mos to receive my application back (Dubai).

FYI, my application was received by CIO on July 22nd, re-affirming the cap was reached long before.

Guys timeline I can't remember properly or rather exactly.

Sent application on 01st July 2011.
Received at CIO 07th July 2011.
Credit Card charged on last week August 2011.
First response from CIO informing the PER on October 2nd week 2011. No AOR received.
Interview December 1st week; immediately followed by MR on 2nd Week.
Call for RPRF last week December.
PPR on last week December.
After Christmas and New Year I gave it for visa stamping on 05th Jan 2012.

My NOC is 1122.

Also please note that yesterday when I went to collect the visa I met 2 other people who are 1122 came for visa collection, 1 physician and a nurse.

I have got UCI (AOR) in Sept by e-mail, which suggest that my file would be t/f to VO (New Delhi).... no action after that
