After PER the ECAS will show your documents being forwarded to the VO.

Give around 3 months time.

Hi All,
Merry Christmas!

Just wanted to inform everybody that I have got my package back from CIC a few days ago. My application details were as follows:

NOC: 1122
Appl Rcvd: 3rd Aug 2011
VO: London

It came back with a letter informing me about cap reached and with the UCI number hand written with red pen on the application form and another number on top.

Regards,

Guys is their any formalities in handing over the passport for visa?

How many days will it take to issue the visa?

Anybody please please let me know how much money I should take when arriving in Canada? Do I need to take the amount that I show in the bank balance?

Hey strange4ever,
i just need ur advise ,my cousin brother runs some Extreme pita food franchise in BERRI,ONTARIO ,it is possible that i can take his job offer & use it as arrange employment for NOC 1122???
PLz Quote ,
coz as i know soon or later i ll receive the cap reached mail from cio !!!!!!!!!!

I believe Is possible if you have experience in the food business (provable with documents).
Your cousin must apply for a submission of an Arranged Employment Opinion approved by Human Resources and Skills Development Canada. He must proved that he was unable to hire a canadian
worker for that open position by running nation wide recruitment adds and tried for at least 30 days to
interview workers to fulfill that position. Is better for him to consult with a local immigration Lawyer.
He must prove with documents that you are more suitable to take that position than a canadian.

it's nothing new for SGVO..... waiting is the best and the only policy.... our case is In Process since June 23, 2011.... no MR yet.....

Note: Due to the high volume of applications we receive, the CIO cannot review each application for completeness on the same day it arrives at the office. The numbers on this page are updated at least once a week, but these figures are meant as a guide only. There is no guarantee that an application sent in now will fall within the cap by the time it reaches the CIO. We are looking into ways to minimize the effect of this on website updates.
