I have received previously mentioned answer on 23 Sept. Then after I haven't received any communication from CIC. It's more than one month. I going to check with my bank for BD encashement after one week.

But after this answer, did you get another answer from CIC telling you that teh cap is reached or you are still waiting for feedback?

Hi,

A spreadsheet where in the applicants data were encoded. I am trying to log in, unfortunatel, I could'nt add my data. As far I know, the owner should share it to me or to anybody for me to personally add my data or the owner will update his/her spreadsheet. There you will find the trending of how Cic accepted the application, when did the cap reached for 1122 started, what were the reason of returned documents (lack of dox, did not satisfy the cic, etc).

Momad & Niksono..could you help with this google spreadsheet? I mean do you know who's the owner..? or if you have an access please share it to me and with ariarazm, so we could add ours too.

Hey Leda,

One forum member Daljit has reported that he got 2 answers from CIC . First he received that his file awaiting intial processing than he received tha email that his file has been returned due to cap. of 1122 has been reached.

Very sad news.

I agree there is no consistency and no clear rules (not clear to us I mean - I am sure they have their rules for selection...)

But still, at least, out of curioisity and my personal statistic - can someone answer to my questions - is there someone in this forum who first got answer from CIC "your file is waiting initial review" and then after some time got a second answer from CIC "returned because of cap reached"?

That is a bad news for us, but still till we get our final answer - hope is inevitable

In fact New Delhi Visa Office is quite overloaded, so maybe if there is a Visa Office quota, we still have a chance. As far as I see in the forum - there are people with applications returned due to cap reached on 8th of July, but there are people within the cap with applications filed in the beginning of August... So nobody knows, we still keep our fingers crossed for us and for all those who are still waiting... Good luck!

I will keep you posted when confirmation is received.

I really appreciate your friendly character!
Your file was received on 11-th july and cc was charged also so would not worry 2much.
I know the whole process is stressful for all of us,but nothing is random in this world and I believe
GOD will be on our side from the beginning until end in our journey!
Let's just have more faith and never give up hope. Even if they will deny my application, I will not give up and apply again!
BTW thank you for the profile set-reminder I've just done it!

PER is aka the 1st AOR. It means that your file has met the primary criteria and now it will be transferred to the VO for background checks and stuff!!
then you'll have the 2nd AOR by post. which will say that the VO has started working on your case.
then the MR+RPRF+PPR+VISA etc..

Please be advised that we currently have no record of your submission. However, it could be in the queue for initial processing.
If you wish to submit a status enquiry in 3-4 weeks, a further search can be done.
