Some people say after the initial points assessment on six selection factors it can change when it being calculated at the local VO.

How is it possible?

They do just a review of all the documents attached to the app.

VO will check the worthiness of those docs.

Had your statu been changed to In Process and added extra liner from 2 to 3? As some apps received on 5th of July just like yours, but granted more instrutions like Med request and passport request.....

Acturally, I am not from China instead of Taiwan......as the applications of PR to Canada were hugely fall down and Non-Immigration visas for going to Canada had been waived last year, the Taipei Vo had been closed and apps of PR had been also transfered to Hong Kong VO for further process...

you can easliy check the execl listed...BJ VO(means Beijing VO)at the top....4 apps received by CIO on about 7.4 or 7.5 were granted ME request..the first TWO of those had been asked to mail passports...

hm...RKC, as my perspective, VOs of both New Delhi and Manila are the fastest one issuing the immigration Visa.. you will see it....
BTW, the list didn't show the 1 of 4 app who has been asked mail passport to VO.....

I was able to browse through the Chinese Forum. I used google chrome. It translates everything in English. Amazing.

A PPR so quick 8) . Beiging VO is doing incredible job. I hope NDVO & others buck up.
