1122 Post Application ON July 2011 Lets Share

Hi,

I just noticed that somebody has put a mark of "Annonymous na user 49" in the spreadsheet. Infact RS is Rehan Sami and obviously its me. So please remove this mark. Secondly I would also like to advise that my DD was encashed on 21st July and I received my AOR on 8th September, so kindly amend this as well.

Lastly I would like to ask you, how to copy this spreadsheet in excel, please advice.

Hello All,

We sent the application on August 6th, 2011 under 1122 to the CIO.

The application package was received on August 11th, 2011 by the CIO , Sydney.
I believe, they sens us AOR and then sent the application to the visa office ( London).

But, we haven't heard from the CIO so far.

Can anyone throw some light to the processing of the application and time taken ?

In regards to the copy, just select the cells ( using SHIFT key, just select first cell & last cell with SHIFT) then past it as is to excel.

1-it is not a mark. it is just another user reading your data or even yourself!!

2-you can download sheet as excel. go to file->download->excel

Hi sarah,

As u have applied on 6th august, your application is with cic for over 6 weeks, u can send them email amd enquire about your application. send them ur passport no. your postcode, your receipt no - the person who accepted your post at cic, date of arrival.
and they will reply in you in meanwhile.

we are not sure applicants who applied after mid july are in cap or not. if we go by cic then apps upto 23 august are in, but if we look into this forum, story goes another way. according to the data available here, i can say that cap was full by second week of july.

But no one is sure and i am not to discourage or disappoint you.
Pray and wait is the mantra for this 1122 code.

yes, all job duties which my colleagues signed are on company letter head and on Schedule 3 form and salary was mentioned in employment contract as a monthly salary amount which will be paid 12 times a year

dear mate, sorry to hear about your case,

i have read ur post and u have mentioned things about your visa office. i am sure you can drag cic to court, it could be a lengthy process but if everything is right according to u regarding yourself and visa office then you do stand a chance. and mean while go to canada on working holiday take one year oxperience and add that to you application if applying next time.

and if you are planning to go to canada anyway then, screw you boss and get those letters as you wont be in croatia anyway.

Don't be so upset.... Cheer up.... You know that this is not the reason.... as they are giving this reason to everyone.... Please check the application again and if possible do call them.... As lubob said, try another program offered by CIC... dont give up..... TC....

Have you rec all the docs with you...?. Please check again and be prepared for next yr cap. As you know , when it is going to open again (30th Jun'12) just post the same on or before . Now as you aware G IELTS exam has validity of 2 Yrs... so one more year will get added in your Exp of NOC 1122...

Keep ur moral up as always and TC.... keep posting your valuable inputs over this forum.....

I submitted detailed job description. Many people on this site said that job title is not that important as job duties. In NOC 1122 example job titles, there are many similar to mine.

In Republic of Croatia we dont have many multinational companies with consultant business.

CIC should really clarify in their instructions that people who cant get their reference letters from HR dept. or manager should not apply. We cant force companies to issue reference letters.

My other option is International Experience Canada program.

i am from a coutry too where getteing refernce letters is nearly impossible. for my current place instead of a reference letter i submitted my performance evaluation form. i managed to highlight my workexperience in a way that satisfies the CIO and also my supervisors 9who don't know that i am trying to leave. you can also attacha terms of refernce/ jobdescription which you may have got at the begining of your employment. to prove that i am currently working at this organization i requested for a letter to the bank towards aloan i asked them to mention "to whom it may concern" we have to find creative ways to work around the obstacles.
