i submitted my documents on 20th august 2011. i completed all the forms but in Background Information form for the spouse i forgot to write To Date in the last working experience column. do u think tht my application will be deemed incomplete because of this oversight. the forms and documents are complete in every other respect. i will really appreciate if someone can tell me wht might happen.
Don't worry ovais CIO should/will overlook this minor mistake as it was made in the spouse's & not PA's background form. They will be more concerned about your(PA) work exp details.

thanx RKC. i really appreciate this. goodluck to u

Thanks RKC,

But am i in the 500 capacity ?

Or they will open it after some time and reject me because of capacity is full ?

Niksonu,

I guess they are using words "review/assesment/processing" randomly along with the word "Initial". You should wait for some days for your DD to get cashed. According to spreadsheet they are processing 18th- 20th July onwards fees now(latest reported encashment date 20/9/11) .

Dear,

Those are just synonyms they use with the word Initial....
It doesnt mean anything....

If you are in CAP they will encash your DD esle they will just send another email.... Praying to get your encashment report soon along with PER.....

Dear AVSNEH,

Thanks for your clarification. My DD has not been charged yet.

According to the response of CIC, I fall within capacity or not ?

Because in response to some forum members, CIC has written Initial Review, or Initial Processing but in my case they have written Initial Assessment.

Hi Guys,

My consultant just received my file back, with a letter saying:

"A maximum of 10,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications, without an offer of
arranged employment, or a maximum of 500 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications per
National Occupation Classification (NOC) code will be considered for processing each year.
Your application was received after the maximum of 500 complete Federal Skilled Worker
applications per NOC 1122 was reached
."

My app was received on 11th of July, 9th and 10th being weekend. Hope this gives some insight to the post-8th July applicants. I feel we better start looking for arranged employments rather than wasting time discussing when the cap for 1122 closed. All the best to all.

Can you tell the exact time of the file received by CIC on 11th Jul... if at al you tracked your parcel.....

M sorry to hear that you have not made in CAP this year.... :( dont worry and as you said try for other option.... Direct employment.....

Sorry to hear that. It may be different for other regions though for the date as certian areas are allowed to have a different amount of applications processed.... so thaqt date would be correct from your VO but kmaybe not others...

Please advice If my application is not within the cap, what's the next possible option? Is it easy to apply in Provincial Nominee Program(PNP) or Arranged employment?

No one on this forum can tell you that i'm afriad....... but you need to get the tracking detail from your package wither from your shipment details or your consultants....

Easy to find a job - hmmmmm, youneed to get out there yourself with a good CV and see what potential employers say, its impossible to say on indivual cases whether its easy to find a job i'm afraid.

Sorry to sound negative but on this forum but a lot of people seem thinnk because someone on here says its ok then it is, that is rarely the case, we need to be finding out details for ourselves.... and to be honest i have had advice from 'seniors' and its been very wrong! Senior just means you've posted lots of posts whether right or wrong, i'm nearly a senior and i'm none the wiser!!!!

Some forum members said that if you received such kind of response from CIC that means they have not open your file and after some time they will send it back with the reason of capacity has been reached.

So is it positive sign or negative?
