Oh yes.. I mean 2011

Just in 7 days cap was reached..... :/ then why CIC website showed that cap was not reached even in starting of August..... Strange...

Yes, it might be due to delayed up gradation of site. NOC 1122 is fast n furious...

I spoke to my agent he told me that i am not giving any assurance that 1122 will remain in 2012?????
If yes then will dispatch ur application immediately !!!!!!!!!!!!!

I advise you not to wait another year just keeping 1122 in mind, unless they change things drastically like having a lottery system in place, the CAP is going to get closed on the first day itself. You may find people camping on the foot path leading to the CIO office to submit their apps literally next year. Forget about sending it by courier from Asia.

Nope no originals are returned. Actually what is on the checklist they ask from you; you don't get it back.

Any additional docs usually supporting docs some they gave back.

In my case, they gave back all the originals.

ur 100% correct ,let me wait till 1 july2012,i ll send my application to cio if it gets selected then thats ok,or else i ll go for QUbec,
as i have letter from cio mentioning CAP is reached ,This time i am not sending original IELTS ,instead photocopy .

So even if my file is rejected same day i ll dispatch my another file containing original IELTS,mean while i am taking basic french training
so that i ll have my french score card as well!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi guys.. I got my returned application last friday. Hope this year also CIO will mess-up 1122. So no point to go behind this and I'm planing to apply in other way. All the best guys!!

As it is ur file will get rejected if u send the photocopy of IELTS,,,,,,,,(EVEN IF UR APPLICATION FALLS WITHIN THE CAP)

if u go flashback on this thread u will find that i was a July 2011 NOC 1122 applicant whose application got returned due to cap reached...
