1122 Post Application ON July 2011 Lets Share

1122 candidates of July 20 th to August 10th will get PER this month mostly. DD / CC will encash one week before of their PER. If CIC will encash the DD / CC before completion of Initial assessment of case, there may be chance that case will be negative or Postive. If negative, CIC has to take new DD. The charges shall bear by CIC only. It is double work. So CIC will encash DD / CC once completion of assessment. So the candidates from July 20th candidates will get DD / CC encash before one week of their PER.

i got replie as "Application currently awaiting initial processing"
so what do u think ?
am within cap or not?

did u send inquire to cic by mail if yes ,plz let us know the replie u got?

Hey sandip,

One forum member Daljit has reported that he got 2 answers from CIC . First he received that his file awaiting intial processing than he received tha email that his file has been returned due to cap. of 1122 has been reached.

Ok friends. I have been called for an interview. Received the letter yesterday for an interview on 30th November.

I don't know whether its a positive sign or a bad sign.....

any advices plz. Now going through the interview section in the forum. Any good answers I cant find somewhere else.

If the visa officer rejects based on interview can I file a case?

yes its right,they will reply u if ur details are correct
first u receive automated reply& then u ll receive mail from cio within 20 working days!!!!!!!!!

Guys, I got the email, "awaiting initial processing" too, but also got a new email yesterday saying that my app filed after the CAP REACHED. My app filed july 11th. So, everybody filed from that date onward will probably get their apps back too. End of the game for me this year, now lets just hope that next year the 1122 will still be on the list!
