1122 Post Application ON July 2011 Lets Share

Hey Guys,

I have cleared my second step towards Immigration to Dream Country....
I got an E-mail from CIC yesterday at 20:53 IST (10:44 AM Canada time) mentioning about my clearance of eligibility and PER / file number.

I am very much happy and thanks to you all to give me positive energy at time and special THANK to creater of this blog.... It really help to understand the process in depth.....

All the very best to the people still waiting to get their PER.....

Wow! I guess it's only a matter of a few months now and you'd be hanging out at Tim Horton's already. Congratulations. I think it can only be good news from hereon.

Sure dear.... We will make it thorugh.....
My suggestion to you is dont wait till Tuesday next week but to wait untill Thursday; as by previous examples and mine too it is observed that by Thursday people got PER mails. as you said its again an assumption that they send an emails on wednesday morning, 3BD of the week; but its again an observation.... earlier also the people who got their PER they got their mail by wednesday late night or thursday morning..... I am sure you will get it by that time.....

At the start I was also impatient. But right after I learned I made it to the 500 cap I began to mellow down, partly out of respect for the others who are not even sure if they made it to the cap this year. Right now, I am just celebrating the fact that my cc got charged. But like I said, I'd probably start howling invectives if I don't hear from CIC until Tuesday next week. I literally have some of my stuff packed already. hahaha

When we shall have established ourselves in Canada a couple of years down the road, it would be interesting to go back to this forum and see how crazy we got with out analyses, presumptions, etc.

There are a lot of good guys in the forum. I sincerely hope we make it through.

Now, trusting the CIO officials and the authenticity of this email...I'm still hoping that I see my CC charged soon.... (fingers crossed)!

This is the email sent by the front office, they don't seem to be the ones actually processing the applications. They are looking up on their DB and replying. Your app was received by them on the 8th .. Let's hope for the best and you receive a PER sometime soon.

your application was rcvd by 8th July: judging by the trend you probably have a high chance of getting a positive response.

Nope if it is opened, reviewed and rejected then the processing dept would update the details on the computer and the front office would be able to see that. What I feel is your application is not yet processed by the processing dept.
