Could you please check my roles and responsibilities and suggest which NOC code they belong because i had put them in 1121 NOC code and OINP said that your responsibilities do not match 1121 NOC code , pls help :
Partner with Line of Business (LOB) leaders to develop and implement key strategic initiatives helping business meet its objectives
Partners with Corporate HR/ Centre of Excellence (COE) teams to ensure effective design and implementation of various HR initiatives and policies
Works with Learning & Development team to create training plan for business units and ensure that the progress on the same is monitored and tracked
Partners with HRIS and Employee Data management teams to ensure employee data integrity, reporting relationships, employee transfers, role changes and separations
Partners with Talent Acquisition team in closing the open positions the positions within the agreed SLAs and within the prescribed annual budget
Manages yearly rollout of annual appraisal cycle by partnering with business units, organizing talent conclaves and conducting talent planning discussions
Works and consults with business leaders in setting & tracking the Global Manpower Budget, Staffing Pyramid Structure & Hiring Plan for each fiscal
Consults people managers in building their managerial capabilities, equipping them to have better work relationships and build positive team morale
Pro-actively engages with business leaders by making necessary recommendations, post doing a trend analysis of key people trends
Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, compensation and benefit programs and overall people strategy
Maintains knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, helps reducing legal risks and ensures regulatory compliance by partnering with legal team as and when required.
