original letter will be better. If online statement , then it needs to be stamped by bank

im applying for myself.my wife and son and the funds required are 12,000 cad.
but right now i hav in ma account only 10,000 cad..more 2000 cad will be funded at the month end from my salary.
So can i attach the statement of 10,000 cad and give the above stated reason in a covering letter for absence of 2000 cad and tell that
ill be ready to provide the statement again of 12000 cad by the time my application will be processed if requested.

No need. Just deposit 2k now by borrowing and deposit in bank in some saving account or create a new account

Take a BALANCE CERTIFICATE as of date and submit.

While your degree is important, it is not the final determinant in reviewing your application. What CIC is places emphasis on is your role and responsibilities as per work experience. Since you have over 3 years experience and if you can provide a reference letter from your employer which lists your roles and they match the roles on NOC list for NOC 1112, you are good to go.

Hi, its important that you make up the required proof of funds in your account now and apply. If you wait till the end of the month, your application may arrive after cap is reached for your NOC. No one can say when cap will be reached but no point in taking chances. While you are waiting, others are applying! Please do the needful and apply now, best of luck to you.
