10th and 12th transcripts required or not for visa for M.eng program

Hello guys do we need to send our 10th and 12th transcripts as well to apply for visa for Masters program a university? I have a 4 years bachelors degree. thanks

Anyone who has succeeded in getting a visa without the 10th and 12th transcripts?? any suggestion guys as the University checklist doesnot ask for it. It only mentions latest transcripts which i have for my bachelors .. Any help would be appreciated. Thankyou
