Hi guys!

I received another email from CEM, asking to submit my passport, appendix a and 2 recent pics within 10 days. Their initial email last March states that within 45 days to submit. Today their email says that my visa is valid until June 28, 2014.

Yung Appendix A ba, do we have to submit for each member of our family, like mother, father, siblings? Like separate page for each? Or do they mean, family member like your own children lang?

spouse and children or dependent only... Not parents or siblings

DM po ako ng march 24 then after two days pinadala na visa ko..nagppr ako ng march 5 then in process ng march 19..

What do you think I should do, e-mail CEM or ask help from MP? Or just wait for news from embassy? Thank you so much po & GodBless.

when di you applied? just inform CEM.. but don't get a new NBI or medical until they told you to get one

Ok, thank you. although I already got a new NBI clearance last Feb. When I received my PPR letter, they didn't ask for it kaya d ko na pinasa. Will e-mail them Tom. Bdw, I applied
June 13, 2013 & March 4, 2014 PPR.

Question, for those who sent in their passports (and other required documents) after they got PPR, did you guys put it in a manila envelope and then shipped through a courier?

they put in the brown envelope and write outside of it with name b-day file number and application number
