Hi :) magtatanong lang ako ng procedure how to sponsor my partner. PR card holder na ako since 2012 pero kakabalik ko lang dito sa Vancouver, BC last October 2013. Meron na rin akong regular and full time job sa financial institution for the past 4 months. Ano ba yung procedure na dapat ko gawin to sponsor my partner? Nasa dubai sya ngayon and we have been together since May 2009 and we have been living together since then.

Nope regular timeline lang

We received an e-mail from the immigration. Hinihingi na nila yung original passport ng husband ko but nag aask din sila ng other documents like NBI clearance and Japan police clearance kc he lived for more than 3 years sa Japan, NSO Marriage Certificate and NSO Advisory on Marriages. Ano po ba ang NSO Advisory on Marriages? And they are also asking him to fill out a personal history form for the past 10 years to present and complete history of residential addresses from the past 10 years to present. Wag daw mag leave ng gaps. Usual requirements ba nila ito? And, what does this mean na? Kc pag hinihingi nila original passport ng husband ko kala ko visa na next? Am I wrong ba?

Then it is good news :). We have 45 days to complete and submit everything. Sabi ko nga sa kanya he has to start na. June 3 namin submit application namin and I got the e-mail on March 5. He has to go to the Japanese embassy para makuha yung police clearance.

tignan nyo kung maexpire na yung passport nya.. tapos yung Cenomar 15 days yun makukuha, yung Police clerance at NBI gaano katagal kunin.. para ma-email nyo embassy kung ipapaextend nyo

Thanks sa advice Trewmenn. I checked sa CIC online ang status it still says application received. I guess nasa stage 1 pa rin kami.

Hi, Congrats sa PPR! Both ba kayo ng husband mo ang pinadalhan ng PPR request email ng CIC? June 3 nyo pinasa yung application nyo, then when kayo ng SA? Then your husband was asked to fill up a personal history form for the past 10 years to present and complete history of residential addresses from the past 10 years to present. Bakit, hindi nya ba to na submit when you filed your application?
