Hello guys,

My wife sponsored me, she in mannitoba right now. She filed the application mid- august 2013 and I had my medical dec. 4, 2013. St. lukes sent the result of my medical to Canadian embassy in Makati on Dec. 17, 2013. I saw my application on the monitor RUSH by the way.

My question is, how long do I need to wait for embassy to ask my passport for visa stamping? How long it would take to have my passport back. I know its case to case basis but what is the tyoical process? My wife is on her third tri right now, 8 months to be exact.

5-6 months...and wait for another 2-3 months or more for the visa.

We submitted our application June 3, 2013 for sponsorship of my husband. Can I just ask po if anyone here knows anong month po pinaprocess nila now? Sana po they are doing June 2013 now..he did his medical first bago namin naisubmit application namin...he did it in Feb 2014 and originally submitted our application in april 2013 but it was returned to us because we were missing 1 form that we forgot to fill it out. I got my application package back in May 2013 and resubmitted in June 2013...I hope everything will be alright....

Hi! It's my question too. Inuuna pa ng immigration ang mga Yolanda victims, so it might take awhile. Pero sana before the month ends, ma-PPR na tayo. You should call them pala kasi mag eexpire na medical ng husband mo. They might ask for a re-med.

hi wella13, good that I made you smile.. there are really so many reasons to smile, so just keep on smiling like this ;D.. Anyway, advise lang pero ewan kung nagawa mo na, gumawa ka ng form na request for Police Clearance na galing sa Canada Immigration. E search mo sa google maraming form, tapos edit2x lang. Lagay mo information mo tapos yun ibigay mo sa mga Intsik. I did mine in another country as well. At first they asked me a form from the Embassy of Canada requesting for a police clearance but of course wala naman tayo diba kasi nga kasama naman yun sa e submit. Kaya yun ang ginawa ko, naging okay naman.

Good day po, i finished my medical nung April and then my parents told me that i havealready control number they received it mid november 2o13, im a bit worried lang po kasi january na po diba 1 year lang ung medical, and ung application ko last4 year ago eh walng nagyare , ung mama ko lang nakaalis, is there anyway po para ma check ko status nung application ko? "Dependent Child" ung applicaiton... Thank YOu po in advance

Baka mainis sila kc I am still asking within the processing time. Besides, won't they ask my husband to do re-med when it expires? I just wanted to make sure everything goes smoothly. Also, how will they notify us of the status change? Will it be by e-mail? Thanks.

Yes, they'll inform you if you need to have a re-med. Ung change in status, if PPR un, so far nababasa ko sa forum nagvavary. Minsan email, minsan letter or phone call. Pero ako, personally, letter and email natanggap ko.
