Immigration is a joke. 100 days since I applied online to sponsor my wife and no AOR. Online was supposed to be the new faster way to apply.

It has taken around 3 months to get AOR for a very long time but had increased due to closer to 5+ months Covid so you still may get faster processing.

online is the new way. (and I believe now the only way for family sponsorship)
They never said online was faster than paper based back then.

I think 3 months plus for AOR is normal. But if it take much longer, you may want to contact your MP.
Find the discussion group of/close to your timeline to see the trend.

I applied on 18th June, it is almost 4 months and haven't got any update yet. this is frustrating.
I applied on 17th May, and I have not even received an AOR.
I am really frustrated about what should I do.
I tried to call IRCC for a month, but never get connected!

If most people have similar AOR no need to contact MP since they will just tell you that your application is being processed normally.
