It seems from previous trends around 250 new people are joining pool every week with scores 600 and above
If there is a draw this week or next, score may come down to 450. Else it will stay above 600.
Just my thoughts!!!!

Any link to corroborates this - around 250 new people are joining pool every week with scores 600 and above

Last draw happened 5 weeks after the previous draw and they took 1300 odd people with score 600 and above. So roughly we can conclude that around 250 people are joining pool every week with 600+ score.

Well, to cheer everyone up, here's some positive looking statistics I gathered:

Sum of all ITAs: 779+779+849+1187+1620+1637+925+715+1361 = 9852
ITAs to be issued per year: 49000
ITAs remaining: 49000 - 9852 = 39148

And half year has already passed.

Therefore, they will need to start sending 39148/9852 ~ 4 times more ITAs in second half of the year to cover the yearly plan.

I can't post links here, so google this phrase: "Notice – Supplementary Information to the 2015 Immigration Levels Plan". And 49000 I took as average between min and max.

There is a topic about immigration targets somewhere on this forum.
Those numbers you are referring to is not actual ITA's, those numbers are for main applicants + spouses and dependents. So there won't be 49000 ITA's.

If we will look into main applicants targets from last year, FSW 25000 and CEC 8000, that would look more realistic to actual ITA's.

Well, there is separate section for spouses, partners and children with additional amount of 45000 there.

Guys do NOC really matters while becoming the main applicant...or anyone who is eligible can enter the pool

Those spouses are sponsored by their other half who are Canadians or residents already. It's not an economic I migrations but family sponsorship.

First, ITA is for both FSW/FST and CEC. So based on your logic, ITA in 2015 should be 49000+22000=71000.

Second, the separate section of Spouse & Children is for family class immigrants, where one of the spouse is Canadian and they are brought over under the family class. Dependents of an economic class immigrant is included in economic class target.

ITAs for 2015 cannot be accurately deduced from this table (Or indeed anything) because:
1) immigration target isn't always being met at the end of the year
2) but also Number of people immigrates does not equal to ITAs. Some ITAs has a family of 4, some has just 1 (Consider CIC wants to attract young adults). How CIC convert their target numbers is purely their internal affair
3) 2015 target includes most of 2014 applicants (13 months process in CEC e.g.) and some early 2015 (EE is 6 month process). Applications in later part of 2015 should land in 2016 and should be accounted in 2016 target instead.
