C. Skill transferability factors

Foreign work experience – With good official language proficiency (Canadian Language Benchmark Level [CLB] 7 or higher)
1 or 2 years of foreign work experience + CLB 7 = 13 points


So unless you have 3 yrs work experience you will get same 13 points as for both 1 yr & 2 yrs with CLB 7, you get same point.

That's True, But if you are able to score CLB 9 you can get 25 Points for it and you also get another 13/25 Points for post-Secondary degree with CLB 7/9.
