Hi all!
So i'm an international student in canada in university. i finished my first year (2016-2017) only completing 2 courses and then completed 2 other courses during summer 2017. Due to my low overall grades, i'm now on academic suspension.
I have super strict parents and i'm terrified of them finding out that i'm suspended so i lied and said that my program requires 6 years, which they believed (lying sounds horrible, but i'm going through a tough time and my parents are so strict, if they knew the truth they would be so tough on me and everything would be 1000% worse). Now the problem is i have to change my status from student to visitor. I can't go back to china cause then my parents will find out. So i'm applying for a status change to stay in canada during suspension. In the application they ask who or where i'm gonna visit. I have to have somewhere to visit and have something to do. What can I do during my year off that's legal and will be approved by them as a visitor?
Thanks everyone!
