Thanku for the detailed insight. In my express entry there is another challenge. I have 7 yrs of exp in same company. Its a KPO of medical billing. My subordinates make calls to insurance companies based in USA to check the status of medical claims to reimburse the money on the behalf of our US clients. I was having hard time finding the appropriate NOC and second, My HR dept. Clearly said they will not provide the job duties. Though, ive been getting salary in my bank acnt from day 1 + PF deduction. So keeping this barrier in mind whether I have 100% chance of nailin the PR after gettin the desired score in ielts.
For these questions others have to answer or check other threads or create another thread for it to get clarifications. If you have salary slips, offer letter and exp letter, then you should be good. But yeah you need to find the NOC.

About the chance of nailing PR, nobody can tell that. But its a good option. Thats why I suggest to keep looking at the study permit route also with college selection and other details. So that you can apply if PR or PNP is no go after sometime.

Others please suggest any other routes.

Today, I have been approached by an IDP consultant. She told me that she checked with some colleges in Ontario who can accept my distance education to pursue 1 yr programmE (IBM). She said Durham college is ready to give me offer or study letter to apply. Fee is 15K CAD for 1 year fees and 6K CAD GCG for Jan 2022 Intake.

Hurdles if I go for express entry :

My employer is not ready to give me job duties on letter head. Its a kind of international KPO outsourcing voice process. Though, I have all proofs of my employment but not sure what NOC would suit me. Second i've given multiple ielts but did not get 8777.

What I am thinking :

1. My ECA is valid from Jan'20 for 5 yrs.
2. Sibling is in Ontario as a PR.
3. If I get 1 yr canadian study followed by 1 yr work exp. My score would be more dan 440 at the ge of 31 including indian masters and excluding indian work exp.
4. May get ITA in CEC draws.
5. Cost of living would be minimal.
6. Canadian study would benefit me in getting job easily down the line.
7. My age is already 29 and after 30 my score will drop if I wait for FSW-O.

I just wrote my thoughts. Now, I'm not sure whether my thoughts are productive or not. Please suggest.

Biggest hurdle is getting a study permit. Not to be a pessimist, but chances of you getting a study permit for IBM college program, given your qualifications and work experience is extremely low. What is the benefit of this IBM program to your career and how does it relate with your experience?

If you somehow manage to get the SP, your 1 year program will only give you 1 year PGWP, and there's no way you will get 1 full year of experience with 1 year PGWP, unless you already have a NOC 0, A or B job waiting for you by the time you graduate - chances of this being the case, with only a college certificate/diploma, is very low.

Make sure you have all your ducks in a row before you take the plunge. Getting a study permit is not easy nor quick.

Getting accepted at colleges is easy. Almost any college will accept you. Getting an SP is the challenge.

I have fellow students at Durham College enrolled for 1 yr certificate or 2 yr diploma despite having Masters. But they are newly landed PRs, therefore considered domestic students. Also, take note that Durham region is mostly a residential region. Part time work for students are limited, mostly avaliable at fastfoods (which may require overnight shifts) or retail and groceries such as Walmart and Costco (again may require overnight shifts).
