1 year of work experience in canada-no points

Hi,
I started working in canada on 1 January 2015,
I the EE application under work experience i updated the month and the year, so it's from January 2015.

I still didnt receive any points for it....

What can i do ?

Are you working (1,560 hours total / 30 hours per week), continuous full-time or an equal amount in part-time? If so, I think the system glitch you may re-create EE profile again.

Is there a person from the cic that i can talk with it before i register for the app again?
 
I don't think there is a person who can talk and deal with this situation. It is not take you long for Create new EE profile. You can try it again and wait for next invitation.

Have you created EE profile before without mentioning this experience and now after 1 year of work experience has passed you included that in your profile, or did you just create profile beginning with 2016 and the CRS score after completing EE profile doesn't match what you calculated using CRS tool?

If latter is the case you might have put the wrong information in the CRS tool. Really don't understand what's the issue here, and just thinking out loud. But I find it hard to believe it's a system glitch.

That most certainly is not a problem. You should see an increase in your CRS, but for whatever reason you are not. I would do what Meya has suggested, recreate your EE profile.
 
I suggest you recreate the profile too.
But again, is there not something they say about work experience under CEC/FSW? You need to be careful with those things about LMIA or so too. I don't know really, I am just imagining things here.
Which route are you applying from?

What is your NOC for this work experience?
And did you earn some of this experience during study period?
 
i'm a doctor, my current score is 422, and i should get 35 points for 1 year of experience.
I hope that the score will be update until the next draw, i don't know if 457 will be enough for the pool,
Maybe my spouse will do the ielts soon in order to earn some points.

Hi,
I sign up with another application, and i get the same score.
No points for canadian work experience.

Maybe the score only update in the next calendar month?
