1 year of exp in Canada . Go to back India and apply from there ?

I am very much thankful that you have replied. Are there any challenged I will face if I got to India ? or Will there be any hurdle in PR Process ?
Is your work permit still valid for a year or more? If so, then the risk I see is that draw scores don't drop low enough for you to be selected and you miss an opportunity to gain additional points working in Canada.
I have valid work permit till 2026 and I will be doing work from home for Canadian employer from India
This will not count as Canadian work experience. It will count as foreign work experience.
Ok but , currently I would like to go for 1 year of experience in Canada. My plan is to go to India and work from there ,, till that time I will get select either by PNP or express entry. Once I get PR information, then I will come back to Canada ... Anything wrong with the plan ?
Do you have a year of Canadian experience? What is your CRS score? What PNP are you eligible for? Canadian experience is counted within last 3 years.

10 year experience outside Canada.
Total crs point is 506
For PNP cutoff is 480 - 490 . I am eligible for PNP .
So if PNP cutoff is 480-490 then score is too high. Consider learning French to increase score or wait and hope CRS scores come down. Maybe NOC is in IT and there will be an IT draw. If you get PR while in India then apply from there, no issue as as long as Canadian experience is within last 3 years.
I loved your comment. If I get select in PNP , and during that time If I am in India, will this any impact on my PR ? or whether its PNP or express entry , it does not matter , I can apply from India ?
