1 year exp in canada / Ministerial instructions/NOC - urgent -seniors pls help??

Hello Guys,

I wanted to confirm my understanding on NOC for persons with 1 year working experience in canada (staying in canada)

If i correctly understand in this case any NOC is eligible ( from NOC Site) , ministerial list of specific 38 NOC dont apply , am i correct - please confirm frns.
Mine is NOC 2173

For FSW 2 or FSW 3, you don't need to have an year of experience in the list of 38 but you must have a year of experience in skill level 0, A or B. 2173 fits this.
