Hello everyone,
I am from Pakistan about to apply to a college in Canada. I will be applying to George Brown College for the Art and Design Foundation course and I was unsure whether applying for a 1 year course would have a bad affect on my chances of getting a study permit. I have all other requirements fulfilled in regards to the college and will be paying the entire year fee as well as showing proof of living expenses. I just want to know if going for a 1 year course will lower my chances. Thanks in advance!

Why would it lower your chances? If your intent is genuine then it does not matter 1 year or 6 years

@tapperb Thank you for the reply. I just wanted to make sure. I am planning on getting into the 3 year Graphics Design course after this Art Fundamentals course in George Brown College.
