1 year canadian experince:

If anyone can provide clarification, it will be highly appreciated:

1> My wife completed her 1 year canadian experince in August'2016 and I will be completing my 1 year experince on 2nd January'2016. But last week, my wife's profile got updated and she was awarded additional 5 points for spouse canadian experience.

2> I am waiting for 2nd January' 2016 because then I will become the primary applicant and we will be awarded addtional 20 points due to my age and good IELTS score as compared to my wife.

3> My question here is if they are giving additional 5 points for spouse canadian experience, then should I update my profile today and become the primary applicant or should I wait till 2nd January'2016?

4> My PGWP is expiring on 17 Feb'2017 and I was given the offer letter on 18th December' 2015 but I had 2 weeks of vacation due to which on the offer letter they mentioned my starting date 2nd January' 2016. My employer wrote me a reference stating my roles and responsibilities and mentioned that I started in December'2015.

Please advice or should I call CIC?

You can have two profiles on EE one yourself as the Primary and another where your spouse is the primary applicant, in each profile the other as an accompanying applicant.

It is well known that the system tends to allocate points for completed work experience before an applicant actually completes such work experience.

In the event that your wife or you (if you become the primary applicant) receive an ITA before Jan 2nd 2017 you would have to wait until that date to actually submit the eAPR.

Can we have 2 profiles? Do you have any link on the CIC website where it says that we can have 2 profiles?

And moreover, when I create my profile (me) as the primary applicant, shall I mention 1 year Canadian experience?

So will it be right I can receive an ITA before 2nd January and submit eAPR after 2nd January?

CIC won't say that I had to wait till 2nd January'2017 to actually create my profile?

Correct.

"Under section A11.2, an officer may not issue a visa to an applicant who did not or does not meet the Express Entry minimum entry criteria (MEC) or did not or does not possess the qualifications for which they received their CRS score at the time when

the Invitation to Apply (ITA) was issued; or
the e-APR was received by IRCC.

Thank you so much for your useful link. According to the link- section A11.2, my understanding is that I can create a profile but should not submit e-APR until 2nd January'2017.

I am only scared that the visa officer won't say that you should have created your profile after 2nd January'2017 and refuse my application.

But on the other side I have only limited time left as my PGWP is expiring on 17th Feb, 2017. I am running out of time. shall I call CIC or cosult any immigration consultant?
