How good are my chances of being approved a visa under SDS/SPP?

1. My medical test is cleared
2. IELTS is 7, with no band lower than 6
3. Have a college acceptance under SPP listed college (Humber)
4. Awaiting GIC certifictae, payment done
5. College fees for the first term is paid (6 months); also have an approved financial loan documents

Can I apply through SDS/SPP

Don't go for jan intake now. There will be highly chance of rejection because 1st decbember was deadline.
