1 Semester being partime student and what are my chances of getting PGWP?

hi guys, i have one semester being part-time because i withdrew one course mid semester . I failed the midterm and knowing i will fail the course anyway so i decided to withdraw that course without realizing it will become the partime semester. I am now applying for PGWP and i will provide a letter of explaination.
I have been studying in canada for 6 years and i have been full time students except for that semester. I even study full time in Summer. Does anyone have the same situation as me? And how did you explain situation? what are my chances getting PGWP?

You are ineligible for a PGWP if you studied part-time in any semester except your last one, even if you didn't know or realize at the time. If you want to apply anyways, you should speak with an immigration lawyer who may help you write a letter of explanation and gather supporting documents from your school. But approvals in such cases are typically very rare and based solely on the discretion of the visa officer, and if they're a good lawyer they will tell you that themselves.

Thanks for your reply. My case is that i was full time 1 month in that semester and the rest of the semester was part-time.
