Hi All .. I am desperate to get a canadian pr. I have been rejected almost 4 times. I planned to approach different consultants and pay them whatever .. but they all turn out to be prank in different reviews.

Can any one share his/her success story so that i can plan to do it myself?

If you were declined because you didn't qualify, then there is nothing you can do. But it was wrong of the consultants if they took your case knowing that you didn't qualify.

Share the reasons under which you had been rejected 4 times.
We wanna know, there are experts in 0213 in here. They will help you.
Rupesh is an overall expert to a good extent.

Changing consultants wont bring good result until you indentify your own problems.
Most Consultants are not tech Savvy so tough to identify the problems in your application.

I applied for PR from India and reached CIO on OCT 13 2009. I had taken the IELTS test on Dec 18 2008. This application was returned as the visa office was incorrectly mentioned as INDIA(instead of New Delhi). Now i am planning to re-send the whole set again. In form imm0008_3e section 6 can I mark language as yes and attach the same IELTS score or should I take another test and then send?

I have heard that they are going to modify the 0213 soon form the list of approved professions.

Note: In this section they have asked to provide copy of approved test result.

who gave you this information that 0213 will be taken out from approved NOC list?

It's not untrue that CIC is getting lots more applications of NOC 0213.
India and asia has vast number of 0213 people.
Where have you heard that 0213 is gonna be modified?

Changes to any NOC will only be applicable to new applicants, if they are planning any.

I am successfully through all phases and now waiting for PPR and I applied under 0213. The most important thing is that you need to perform atleast 90% of the duties specified under 0213. Second, you need to present these duties and responsibilities in a logical manner. Third, these duties/responsibilities should be verifiable.

Last but not the least; Never write anything that cannot be justified or verified.

what kind of additional verification did you have at your end.

All that is said in the experience letter would be the designation/role and the work duration. I have mentioned that in my project I have done "Project Costing". In this case will they ask me to the HR and ask for a letter that says I have done costing.

I am asking you since we have to follow what they want .. and if they want at this minute level I need to be prepared.
