Dear All,

I also applied in Feb 2010 in the same category 0213 in CIO Sydney then I submitted my full documents in April 2010 to Cairo embassy. My current status is "in process" since April 2011 with the same details of RBVO.

Is there anyone applying in this category got his medical?

Also, how much expected waiting time from now?

Appreciate if anyone can answer me.

Till now, I didn't know anyone from this occupation who got his medical. I am wondering a lot when is our deadline in this waiting time????

As I mentioned before, I received my second AOR in April 2010 and still waiting and waiting..............

U mean to say that Pre June applicants of 0213 NOC are still waiting for medicals and none of them have received it yet?

Hi Pal,

As far as I know from my colleagues who applied in this same occupation, no one till now got his medical. All who applied are from Pre June 2010 because this job 0213 was removed after June 2010.
For this reason, I am asking if anyone got his medical from this category.

KMT, Even applicants under other NOCs (38 list) which are still in 29 list have not got any MR lately being in MI-1 i.e. Pre June 26, 2010 Applicants.

I have asked my consultant company to intimate me immediately if there is any activity for Pre June 2010 applicants & I have not received any call from them so far.

SO all Pre June are waiting regardless of NOCs in the list or not in the list. :'(

Do you think that our waiting time will be so long as it happened with the old immigration system that was applied before the job list? I mean is it possible that we will be waiting for years? I hope not especially that most of the applications received in the new job list after June 2010 were processed immediately

My online status also changed from RBVO to In process since April 2010 and till now nothing happened more. I need to know till when the In process status will continue to appear?


I think that our medical should be received within 2011??????????????

My consultant told me that the VO is very reluctant on NOC 213 however they are processing other NOC catagories which are new and released in new NOC list

Hi all,

I'm also in your category and waiting for medical more than a year,
my status changed to in-process in March 2011.

One of my friends with NOC 0213 got his second file number from Damascus office in Feb 2010 and still waiting for medical...

I guess we will take medicals in 2013, what do you think guys?
